  • We will review the claim promptly.
  • If appropriate, we may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
  • We may notify the content provider who posted the material.

We reserve the right to remove content that appears to infringe copyright, even without a formal DMCA notice.

Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe material was removed or disabled in error or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification that includes:

  1. Your name, address, and contact information.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed and its original location.

  4. A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or where Evolution AI Hub operates, if outside the U.S.).
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the original claimant files a court action within the timeframe allowed by law.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA, Evolution AI Hub may terminate access to users who are determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
